  • Event content: social-wall posts, live-poll responses, trivia answers, questions submitted during sessions, and networking messages.

  • Device & browser data: device model, operating system version, browser type, unique device identifiers, and push-notification tokens.
  • Usage analytics: pages or screens viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
  • IP address and approximate location: used for analytics and, where legally required, to determine applicable regulations.
  • Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies on the website to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and serve relevant content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

1.3 Location data (mobile app only)

The app may request access to your device’s location to provide interactive venue maps and proximity-based features. Location is collected only while the app is in the foreground and only if you grant permission. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. We never collect location data in the background.

  • To provide, operate, and personalize the Service (agenda, networking, notifications, check-in).
  • To enable event organizers to manage their events and communicate with attendees.
  • To send push notifications related to events you have registered for (schedule changes, announcements).

  • Event organizers: when you register for an event, the organizer of that specific event receives your registration data and in-event activity. Each organizer is responsible for their own use of that data.
  • Service providers: we use third-party services (e.g., Firebase for push notifications, analytics providers, payment processors) that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose data when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and support event organizers in managing their events. Account-level data is retained for as long as your account is active.
